6. Analytics, CRM and forms
We use HubSpot for website tracking, customer-relationship management, form processing, campaign attribution and related commercial operations. Information submitted through contact, resource-access and employment forms may be stored in our HubSpot account and may create or update a contact or applicant record.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and campaign performance and Google Search Console to understand aggregate organic-search performance. When analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics may collect device, browser, usage, referral, campaign and approximate-location information. We do not send contact-form contents, application materials or other submitted form values to Google Analytics.
